Hey, guys. The OC stuff is still in progress, but I assure you that it is coming. I want to make sure all of it is done before I post anything for the sake of fairness. But there's something else I need to talk about as well.
My maternal grandmother had a stroke about two days ago. She ended up in a coma, and our family took turns watching her and keeping her company in the hospital. We talked to her, held her hand, played her music, put some makeup on her, and made sure she was generally comfortable. I even sang to her the lullaby that she sang to me when I was little. We all got to say goodbye to her, and I could tell that she could hear us.
Last night, she took her last breath and passed away. She was just shy of 92. She meant a lot to us.
Me and my mom are okay, but grief is like a trampoline and we're going to be experiencing all the lows and highs. The funeral should be coming up soon.
Thank you for taking the time to listen.
